These cards are part of a series of six, which include Nuthatch, Acorn Woodpecker, Quail, and Western Tanager. I have shown them as playing cards, as each is part of a complex natural system. There are blank greeting cards available for all six. Whitespot the Crow befriended me and had a distinct call . I could hear him as he landed in the treetops of our street. I would attempt to answer, and left crusts of bread for him. He brought me a playing card, a four of hearts.
